The Randox Grand National is one of the most iconic fixtures in the horse racing calendar, and we were proud to deliver a full range of broadcast graphic solutions for ITV Racing as part of our long-standing relationship with the network.

Alongside presentation and race graphics, AE Live’s virtual team enhanced the coverage with augmented reality (AR) elements, including virtual furlong markers, a virtual finish line and accurately rendered jockey silks.

The use of richer on-screen data and virtual enhancements helped both casual viewers and dedicated racing fans gain deeper insight into the action as it unfolded over the famous Aintree fences.
