Safe Working Conditions: Suppliers shall provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. This includes taking appropriate measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and exposure to health hazards.
Emergency Preparedness: Suppliers must be prepared for emergencies by implementing emergency plans and response procedures, including evacuation drills, fire safety measures, and first aid provisions.
Health and SafetyTraining: Suppliers shall provide regular health and safety training to employees to ensure they are aware of potential hazards and know how to perform their jobs safely.
Environmental Responsibility
Environmental Compliance: Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, including obtaining and maintaining necessary permits and approvals.
Sustainable Practices: Suppliers are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices and minimise their environmental impact. This includes reducing waste, conserving energy and water, and minimising emissions and pollutants.

Conflicts of Interest: Suppliers must avoid conflicts of interest in their dealings with AE Live Group. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed to AELive Group in a timely manner.

Confidential Information:Suppliers must protect the confidentiality of all AE Live Group proprietary information and only use it for its intended purpose. This includes taking appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
Data Protection: Suppliers must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, and process it only in accordance with applicable laws and AE Live Group’s instructions.
Monitoring and Compliance
Audits and Inspections: AE Live Group reserves the right to audit and inspect supplier facilities and practices to ensure compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct. Suppliers must cooperate fully with such audits and inspections.
Corrective Actions: Suppliers must take prompt corrective actions to address any identified non-compliance with this policy. Failure to do so may result in termination of the business relationship with AE Live Group.
Reporting Concern
